On November 19, 2025, His Excellency Mr. Louis Harold Joseph, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Haiti to Japan, visited the Min-On Culture Center in Tokyo, where he was received by Min-On President Koji Yamaguchi and other senior officials.
During the cordial meeting, the Ambassador reflected on the long-standing ties between Haiti and Japan and expressed his strong hope that cooperation with Min-On will continue to expand—particularly as the two nations approach the 70th anniversary of their diplomatic relations in 2026. He conveyed his aspiration to work together to further advance friendship and cultural exchange between the countries.
Following the discussion, the Ambassador toured the Min-On Music Museum, including the Classical Piano Room and the Automatic Instrument Room.
