On April 25, His Excellency Ahmed Chafra, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiay of the Republic of Tunisia to Japan, called on the Min-On Concert Association, in Tokyo.
Agreeing with the peace-building philosophy of Min-On founder Daisaku Ikeda, Ambassador Chafra said the exchange of music culture is crucial to the promotion of mutual understanding and goodwill. He looked forward to working with Min-On on future cultural exchange initiatives as Tunisia-Japan relations sets out to commemorate the 70th anniversary of formal bilateral ties.
Ambassador Chafra later toured the Min-On Music Museum’s collection of classic pianos and music boxes.
