On November 29, Latin Grammy Award-winning jazz flautist Nestor Torres visited the Min-On Concert Association. In way of expressing his gratitude to the welcoming Min-On staff, Mr. Torres surprised everyone—including visitors—with an impromptu solo, playing “Till Forever” and “Over the Rainbow” while at the first floor lobby of the Min-On Culture Center.
