On July 4, His Excellency Dražen Hrastič, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Japan, and his wife, Blaženka Hrastič, called on the Min-On Concert Association in Tokyo. They were welcomed by Min-On President Kazuto Ito, Executive Managing Director Hideshiro Akiya and Managing Director Kiyoshi Komatsu.
As part of their courtesy call, the Croatian ambassador and his spouse took a tour of the Min-On Music Museum, viewing its collection of classical pianos and music boxes and enjoying a performance by a Min-On staffer on a classical piano.
Noting that Croatia and Japan will be commemorating the 30th anniversary of formal diplomatic relations, Ambassador Hrastič shared his intention of engaging in cultural exchange projects through Min-On.
