On February 17, 2021, H.E. Mr. Robert Takata, Ambassodor of the Dominican Republic visited the Min-On Culture Center and spoke with Min-On’s president, Mr. Kazuto Ito.
During their discussion, Ambassador Takata expressed that the Dominican people have a deep, intimate relationship with music. He looks forward to working together with Min-On to further strengthen the relationship between the Dominican Republic and Japan through music.
After their discussion, the Ambassador enjoyed a performance played on one of the Min-On Music Museum’s classical pianos.
