The Min-On Concert Association held nine concerts at schools throughout Japan in the months of November and December. Min-On provides free school concerts as part of its community outreach initiative that aims to provide younger audiences with an opportunity to appreciate music across multiple genres. The performers involved in this cycle of concerts were Viento, ASKA, Columbian joropo festive dance music group Cimarrón, AUN&HIDE and 1966 QUARTET, playing popular, traditional, folk and classical compositions. The performances were held at the following venues:
11/01: Viento at Nou Masaki High School in Ebino City
11/12: ASKA at Naogawa Elementary School in Wakayama City
11/14: ASKA at Matsugaoka Elementary School in Matsudo City
11/15: Cimarrón at Soka Kindergarten in Sapporo City
10/16: Cimarrón at Odori Kindergarten in Sapporo City
11/18: AUN&HIDE at Kouzu Junior High School in Odawara City
11/21: ASKA Japanese Drum Troupe at Kasa Junior High School in Maizuru City
12/04: 1966 QUARTET at Nishinasuno Junior High School in Nasushiobara City
12/17: 1966 QUARTET at Sakagawa Junior High School in Kakegawa Village
