On April 1, Dr. Tzu-Chi Wang, President of the Chinese Culture University (CCU) in Taiwan, and Dr. Mengrong Lin, Associate Professor of the university’s Department of Japanese Language, paid a courtesy call on the Min-On Concert Association in Tokyo.

In their meeting, President Wang expressed support for the vision and beliefs of Daisaku Ikeda, the late founder of Min-On, and said he would strive to impart those beliefs in the hearts of his university’s students as well as in young people worldwide. He also shared that because CCU has a department for the arts and music, he looked forward to that department working with Min-On on cultural exchange initiatives going forward.

Following their talk, President Wang and Associate Professor Lin toured the Min-On Music Library’s collection of classic pianos and music boxes.
