9월 4일(화）, 당협회와 주일 우루과이 대사관 공동 주최로 우루과이 독립기념일을 축하하는 콘서트가 민음문화센터에서 개최되었습니다. 서두에서 세사르 페레르(Cesar Ferrer) 대사가 무대에 올라 “오늘은 우루과이 일본계 이민 110주년과, 일본과 우루과이 국교 수립 97주년을 기념해 양국의 깊은 우정을 축하하는 날입니다. 이곳 도쿄 땅에서 여러분과 함께 우루과이 음악으로 축하할 수 있는 것은, 우루과이의 훌륭한 아티스트 그리고 민음의 관대한 지원 덕분입니다”라고 인사....
