On April 10, His Excellency Salim Farhod, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan, called on the Min-On Concert Association in Tokyo. Greeted by Min-On President Koji Yamaguchi and other senior officials, Ambassador Salim said he was pleased to see the Min-On Music Journey feature on his country ( https://www.min-on.org/17218/ ) and its many attractions.
He also said he was impressed by Min-On’s efforts to promote cultural exchange through the medium of music not only with Tajikistan but other countries around the world and looked forward to strengthening goodwill and friendship with Japan going forward.
Ambassador Salim later toured the Min-On Music Museum’s collection of classic pianos and music boxes.
