On August 4, 2023, His Excellency Gjergj Teneqexhiu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to Japan, paid a courtesy call on the Min-On Concert Association. He was greeted by Min-On President Kazuto Ito, Executive Managing Director Hideshiro Akiya and Managing Director Kiyoshi Komatsu.
In their talk, Ambassador Teneqexhiu reaffirmed the capacity of music to transcend national borders and bring people together and expressed his desire to strengthen ties with Japan through the mutual exchange of musical culture.
Following their discussion, Ambassador Teneqexhiu toured the Min-On Music Museum’s collection of classical pianos and other rare musical instruments.
