On March 22, 2019, H.E. Mr. Francis MATSUTARO Ambassador of the Republic of Palau, visited the Min-On Culture Center.
Ambassador MATSUTARO stated that in this year 2019, the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Palau and Japan, he wishes to further develop cultural exchanges.
After the discussion, the ambassador toured the Min-On Music Museum.
