It is an instrument that combines the beautiful tone of the harpsichord and magnificent expression of the clavichord, and was originally invented by Batolomeo Christofori in Italy. After successive improvements over the years, today the piano is regarded as the \u201cking\u201d of all musical instruments.<\/p>\n<p>This magnificent \u201cStrohm\u201d fortepiano was manufactured in 1793 in Rome, Italy.
