Min-On has hosted numerous classical performance since our inaugural concert in 1963. Min-On Subscription Concerts, for instance, also date back to 1963. Three years later, Cécil Ousset gave a memorable performance to kick off a series of exchanges with Jeunessses Musicales de France, with 1969 marking the beginning of an orchestral exchange series with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Zubin Mehta. Thanks to its continued popularity with Japanese audiences, the Min-On Subscription Concert series continues opening new musical horizons for music lovers of all ages.
